There were some big challenges for physiotherapists in 2020.

The biggest was adapting like everyone else around the world to the pandemic and being flexible with providing care while following safety guidelines. This meant many physiotherapists moved to virtual care for at least part of 2020.

Here is a sample of some helpful links to carry forward into this new year.

World Health Organization 2020 guidelines on physical activity and sedentary behaviour2

This publication was discussed in our November article but is worth repeating for its relevance and importance to clinical practice and our own general health.
